On August 2012, SiteGround finally launched its own new custom styled User Area. SiteGround’s expert team took around 6 months to complete the project which required the creation of Custom User Area which involved the deletion of thousands of lines of old unnecessary code plus, a few weeks of testing involved before its release to the SiteGround users. The new User Area of SiteGround has a totally new file structure on the backend with lots of work undertaken to create a fancier looking front-end that is also powerful and user-friendly at the same time.
The main concept behind SiteGround’s redesigned User Area was to create a working space for their customers that is simpler, fancy looking skin/styling, ease of use, personal, and powerful (all at the same time). SiteGround believes that high quality of service must reflect even in the smallest interface details of the applications and tools they offer their customers.
